Education provess to be only device to transform the nation into the strengthened and developed one. It is a fact that without complete education of women the face of the nation cannot be changed. As per the long felt need of the citizens of Malegaon city specially for women education late freedom fighter Alhaj Haroon Ahmed Ansari Saheb, founder of J.A.T. institution had started Senior College in 1989. Now this college is doing well in girls' education belonging to all communities & specially for Muslim minority community under the guidance of Chairman Ansari Nehal Ah. Md. Haroon Saheb & other members of management.

The college is rightly stepping towards 'Quality Improvement Programme' in Higher Education as per the U.G.C. and University norms through curricular, co-curricular & extracurricular activities. After running 31 years successfully college, today en-rolls (about 1000) students in Arts, Science & Computer Science Streams. This proves changing views of women of Muslim minority community. The college is located in between old & new bus stand which have a walking distance oftwo minutes only.

The institution is constructing three storeyed college building with specialized lecture halls, well equipped laboratories, library with reading room, lift facility, gymkhana, canteen, the facility o educational aids & others.

It is a matter of great pleasure that the college has started B.Sc. Computer Science from 2010-11 & has stated M.Sc. (inorganic chemistry) from 2012-13. In addition to regular academic schedule/ emphasis is given on integrated development of critical ability, work ethics & personality development. This is expected to prepare an individual to absorb socio-economic, cultural environment and meet the challenges. It should be noted that discipline is expected from every student seeking admission in the college.
