SELECTION PROCEDURE OF THE STAFF

MINUTE OF THE SELECTION COMMITTEE RELATED TO APPOINTED STAFF

  1. If any employee of the college is going to retired he/she informs the chairman of the School Committee in writing specifying the date of retirement.

  2. With the prior permission of the chairman of the trust an advertisement inviting applications from suitable candidates for the ongoing vacant post, in the name of Principal and Chairman /Hon Secretary of the Trust. The Advertisement clearly states the required qualifications specified; by the NCTE norms and also the time, day, date and place of the interview.

  3. The Interview procedure goes under the headship of Chairman/Hon Secretary of the Trust, beside, there are three or four members of the Managing body and at least two expert of External subject Experts and One internal is compulsorily present during the interview.

  4. After the interview the candidates are informed about the lesson, which they are supposed to take in the classes of F.Y.D.Ed /S.Y.D.Ed or In-service Training classes. They are given suitable time for preparation of their lesson.

  5. After observation of the lessons o the candidates the subject experts and the principal opinion about the candidate in writing to the appointing authority.

  6. After the consideration of the performance of candidate in the lessons and interview the chairman /Hon. Secretary of the trust gives green signal for the drafting the proposal to be sent to the concerning department for approval.

  7. All the testimonials produced by the candidate are examined and the original copies of the certificates are kept in the office as a record.

  8. After receiving the approval from the Dy Director of Education, Nashik, Region Nashik, of the candidate he/she is given salaries through Bank sent by Z.P. Nashik Office.
